"I just wish I had known then what I know now,” admits Dr. Brent Reeve. Growing up, he was heavily involved in many sports, climbing trees, and just being your all around typical American boy with sometimes unexplained bumps, bruises, and cuts. Except he never received, or even knew about, chiropractic care and all the ways it can benefit people.
Because of this, his experience with chiropractic is fairly similar to many Americans. He explains, "We always ate a pretty well-balanced diet and stayed hydrated. I always did tons of exercise, suffered very few serious injuries despite being so active and accident prone, and very rarely was sick with anything more serious than the common cold. But something was missing. Had I received regular chiropractic care, I wouldn’t have some of the problems that I do now. This is why it is my goal to show people that regular chiropractic care helps them live up to their fullest potentials and lead better lives.".
Dr. Reeve was born and raised about 40 miles northeast of Detroit and, barring his time attending the "Fountainhead of Chiropractic" Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, he has lived in the great state of Michigan his entire life. He met his wife, Kerri, in Lansing while working full time at a large hospital as a phlebotomist while he also attended Baker College of Owosso and Lansing Community College for his undergrad. Following graduation from Palmer, Dr. Reeve accepted an associate position at a successful Upper Cervical practice utilizing the QSM3 technique in Ann Arbor.
Dr. Reeve continues his education at numerous seminars throughout the country in a range of topics and disciplines, constantly striving to provide his patients with the best quality of care available. He is looking to get more involved in the community through volunteering and fundraising events throughout the year, as well as youth sports and still enjoys watching and playing numerous sports along with various outdoor activities like camping, hunting, and fishing. Kerri and Dr. Reeve do not have kids of their own yet, but they're always up for spending time with friends and family and love animals.
